Job Description
We are seeking Content Moderators with Dutch language skills to join a multicultural team in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve reported issues, such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
- Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
- Use market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve community support.
Required Skills and Competences:
- Familiar with social media.
- Team player.
- Motivated and ambitious.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch language (B2-C1-C2).
- Advanced level of English (B2).
Working Conditions:
- Location: Dublin.
- Office job with shift-based schedule.
- Salary: 36,790 € per annum.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (some weekends and bank holidays).
