Goedendag Do you want to work for a large social media platform? Then this is your opportunity I'm currently looking for Dutch-speaking Content Moderators to join a multicultural team in Dublin.
As a Content Moderator, you will be:
- Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
- Enforcing clients' Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
- Using market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.
Skills & Competences:
- Familiarity with social media.
- Team player.
- Motivation and ambition.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in DUTCH language (B2-C1-C2)
- Advanced level of English (B2)

Location:
Dublin 18. This is an office job. Shift-based - It will start remote/hybrid first but will transition to on-site work.
Salary:
€36,000 per annum
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri (some weekends and bank holidays)
Relocation Package:
They will help find and pay for accommodation, flights (done on a case-by-case basis).
