Empower Users Through Intuitive Interfaces As a UX Designer at IBM, you'll create end-to-end customer experiences for AI-enabled solutions that help businesses make informed, data-driven decisions. **Job Responsibilities:** • Understand business problems to provide context for deliverables • Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide, including designers, product managers, and engineers • Plan, lead, and moderate virtual and in-person design thinking workshops • Translate insights into designs, converting actionable research into low and high-fidelity mock-ups • Design business process scenarios and flows for user interfaces and demonstrations • Engage in constructive critique and feedback loops with design team members and developers **Design Requirements:** • Solve complex user problems through user interface design, creating mock-ups and prototypes • Lead teams of designers through successful project delivery • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud • Knowledge of design principles including typography, layout, imagery, and colour theory • Portfolio showcasing previous design work **Preferred Qualifications:** • Experience working in a dynamic, team-based environment • Knowledge in planning and moderating design thinking workshops • Experience with AI and/or cloud computing technology
