Your Role:
As a Designer, you'll play a crucial role in creating end-to-end customer experiences for AI-enabled solutions that help businesses make informed, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Define research roadmap for you and your user research team to execute.
* Mentor UX researchers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering their professional growth.
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather insights about user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
* Analyze research data and derive actionable insights that drive informed design decisions and product improvements.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for user needs and ensure research findings are effectively communicated and integrated into the product development process.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in UX research, with a focus on user-centered research methodologies and techniques.
* Strong experience leading teams of researchers/designers through successful project delivery.
* Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design processes and proficiency in data collection and analysis and visualization tools.
* Must have a portfolio showcasing previous UX research work.
