Data Manager at UCD Library: Coordinating RDM services, developing new services, and collaborating with researchers and other Library units. The role offers great scope for leadership in the design and delivery of new services and supports.
- Coordinating and maintaining existing Research Data Management (RDM) services
- Developing new services to support researchers
- Liaising and collaborating with researchers, other Library units, and external users and agencies
UCD Library is a leader in enriching the student experience, empowering global engagement, and acting as an intellectual centre for the UCD community. The library provides library and information services to UCD staff and students, and houses collections of national importance for use by the UCD community and external researchers.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an enthusiasm for the changing information landscape and the ongoing development of library services. They will be joining the Research Services Unit in a period of change and will be expected to contribute to the effective achievement of UCD Library's strategic goals.
This is a two-year fixed-term appointment, funded through the UCD EQUIP scheme.
