Experienced Valeter required to maintain high standards of vehicle presentation and cleanliness at Mullingar location.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Experienced Valeter. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are presented to the highest standards, both internally and externally.
- Wash and valet cars to the highest industry standards.
- Inspect cars prior to hand-over and liaise with sales team.
- Keep sales pitch/yard/displays up to standard.
- Report any damages to management for repair.
- Liaise with sales to plan and prioritize jobs.
- Carry out valeting/interior detailing, including shampooing seats/carpets/mats/roof-liners, cleaning and detailing vents/glass/plastics.
- Carry out paint correction/machine polishing to remove imperfections/scratches.
- Carry out touch ups (wet sanding and general knowledge of paints a bonus).
- Dress and protect all interiors and exteriors using products such as coatings/waxes.
- Provide feedback to management on products/tools/supplies needed.
- Ensure valeting bay is clean and tidy.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy, organized, and safe from hazards in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Carry out general operative role when needed, including attending NCT's/VRT's/driving cars to and from suppliers/deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years previous valeting/detailing experience.
- A full, clean, and current driving licence.
- A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work under time pressure.
- Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
