Validation & Automation Engineer Team Horizon is seeking a Validation & Automation Engineer for our client in the Automation industry to join their growing team in Carlow. They deliver automation, information technology/ MES safety solutions. What you will be doing: * PLC Programming * HMI/SCADA Configuration * Historian Configuration * Reporting * Testing, Commissioning * Validation Documentation What you need to apply: * Degree in Engineering subject * Time-served qualification in engineering field * Experience in Automation, Food & Beverage, Water & Waste, Discrete Manufacturing required * Pharma experience an advantage. * Knowledge and experience of PLC Systems * Knowledge and experience of HMI/SCADA Systems * Knowledge and experience of Historian Systems and Reporting Tools Competencies: * Programming * Documentation * Testing * Validation
