VALIDATION ENGINEER THIS ROLE PRESENTS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR A GROWING IRISH COMPANY SPECIALISING IN HVAC SERVICES IN CLEANROOMS IN THE MEDICAL, PHARMA AND BIOTECH SECTORS THE COMPANY: Established for 20 years, this company are a market leader in HVAC maintenance and cleanroom validation. They boast partnerships with some of the largest companies in the area of pharma and biotech, medical device, food and beverage as well as working in the general medical research and education sector. As a result of ongoing success, they seek to recruit a new HVAC Validationto join their growing team. THE ROLE: The successful Validation Engineer will predominantly cover the greater Dublin area and from time to time outside of that area. Your main duties will be the service, maintenance, validation and commissioning of HVAC and utility systems in a cleanroom setting. Detailed duties include: Cleanroom testing to include HEPA filter testing, non viable particulate counting, Airflow and pressure verification, Particulate recovery testing, airflow visualisation testing HVAC Air & water surveys, balancing and commissioning Generation & execution of Air and water balancing reports Verification of cleanroom air change rates and Cleanroom pressure profiles General HVAC trouble shooting, service, maintenance and commissioning Project management of new installations, modifications, and improvements to existing systems Execution of client GMP Qualification protocols. Testing of BSC's, Fumehoods, fume cupboards, Laminar airflow units, Downflow booths THE PERSON: The successful HVAC Engineer should be able to display the following: 3+ years experience troubleshooting, servicing and maintaining HVAC systems Commissioning experience will be advantageous Experience working in a cleanroom or GMP environment will be a distinct advantage Candidates will be either trade qualified (air conditioning or mechanical) or degree qualified (mechanical engineering or building services) Prior experience validating HVAC Units Carrying out particular count testing THE PACKAGE: Salary: €50 - €65k Company Vehicle Healthcare contribution Pension LOCATION: Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Carlow, Offaly BMS Performance specialises in recruiting Engineering professionals, nationally.
