Validation Engineer Location: Shannon Position: Permanent, Full-time Role Overview: Our client is seeking a Validation Engineer to join their team in Shannon. You will play a vital role in the production of their products. This role requires flexibility and covers a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead risk assessments for process and equipment validation. Prepare, schedule, and execute commissioning and validation protocols. Troubleshoot equipment, ensuring machines are safe and efficient. Work with external contractors on new equipment installations and modifications. Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Maintain thorough documentation and support deviation investigations. Promote safety and continuous improvement across all operations. Requirements: Relevant engineering degree with 3+ years of validation experience in a GMP environment. Strong knowledge of process equipment, utilities, and automation systems. Experience with troubleshooting, risk assessments, and documentation processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
