Job Summary: Manage business performance in a manufacturing Value Stream, ensuring health and safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, while leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

Job Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety: Focus on initiatives to reduce accidents and achieve agreed targets, ensuring the success of the 5 S+1 program.
- Quality: Drive complaint reduction, improve GMP compliance, and implement a culture of right first time and problem-solving.
- Service: Meet customer expectations by supplying product on time, understanding customer needs, and creating opportunities for exceptional customer experiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive and implement projects and programs to deliver productivity improvements annually in line with budget, focusing on efficiency, unit cost, and COPQ.
- TE Operational Advantage: Lead and implement principles and tools to continuously improve processes and services.
- People: Ensure staff selection and hiring meet business needs, manage performance, and carry out frequent 1:1 meetings with direct reports, development, and succession planning.
- KPIs: Manage business area performance using KPIs to meet and improve output, efficiency, and cost goals, including reporting and analysis of weekly/monthly performance.
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in a relevant business, science, or technical discipline.
- 8 years' experience in management with responsibility for business performance.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate individuals and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and NPI.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven decision-making ability and willingness to accept responsibility.
