Job Summary:
Manage a portfolio of indirect tax clients across various industries, providing VAT advisory and consulting services, and supporting VAT function improvement through technology solutions.
- Work closely with Partners and senior management to deliver high-end VAT advisory and consulting services.
- Liaise with clients to advise, research, and resolve VAT issues and technical matters.
- Correspond with Revenue and other third parties on behalf of clients.
- Coach, mentor, and review workload of associate level trainees.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Irish VAT compliance and advisory assignments. Experience in VAT on property transactions, RCT, due diligence projects, and cross-border transactions is desirable.
- Part or fully qualified AITI/CTA or equivalent qualification.
- Expertise in directing and driving the success of multiple engagements.
- Experience in managing global relations and client engagements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to contribute to new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
- Ambitious and committed to personal learning and development.
