We have over 1000 highly talented and supportive colleagues (and counting) across a number of regional offices in the UK, Benelux & Ireland.The RoleManage and take ownership of a sizeable book of business and meet face-to-face regularly with each client, starting from the initial on-boarding phase through to quarterly and annual reviews.Foster business relationships with client accounts and work to ensure complete client satisfaction with EKCO's services.Become the trusted IT advisor for each client, recommending solutions that align with their business goals and objectives.Establish an overall long-term IT strategy and vision for clients and communicate this strategy to C-level executives and end-users.Show clients ways to improve their bottom line through technology and identify potential areas of business risk; proactively sell solutions as needed.Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing sales needs and escalated service-related issues.Manage a book of business and meet regularly with clients from initial on-boarding through quarterly and annual reviews.Create and deliver IT strategies, budgets, proposals, and quotes to clients.This is an activity-driven role measured on overall client satisfaction and retention.Ensure client technology is aligned with corporate goals and objectives.Take ownership of client issues and initiatives; represent client interests to internal teams.Develop, maintain, and work within systems to keep customers aligned to a set of standards.Continuously educate yourself and clients on industry trends and recommendations.Actively participate in the apprenticeship training program.Key RequirementsExperience consulting for small and medium-sized businesses.Broad knowledge of IT best practices in the SMB market.Experience working directly with C-level executives.Experience establishing long-term IT strategy.Consultative selling experience.Must have a full driving license.3-5 years in a similar role.Degree in Information Technology.Benefits/Perks25 days leave + public holidays.1 day Birthday leave per year.Company Pension Scheme (employer contribution 5%) + flexible salary sacrifice.Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) - access to dedicated mental health, emotional wellbeing, and general advice.EkcOlympics - a global activity for fun!Unlimited access to Pluralsight learning platform for learning & development.A lot of responsibilities & opportunities to grow (also internationally).Why EkcoMicrosoft’s 2023 Rising Star Security Partner of the Year.VMware & Veeam top partner status.Ranked as 4th fastest growing technology company in the Deloitte Fast50 Awards.Committed to cultivating an environment that promotes diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging.Recognize the value of internal mobility and encourage opportunities for internal development & progression.Flexible working with a family-friendly focus at the core of our company values. #J-18808-Ljbffr
