The Company: Fethard Equine Hospital is looking for two full-time veterinary nurses to join its team. The successful applicants will join their current team of veterinary nurses, 4 surgeons, 1 specialist medicine clinician, 8 veterinary interns, as well as a large support team. We are one of Irelands busiest Equine Hospitals with a modern, purpose-built building with state of the art diagnostics equipment including an in-house CT, standing Hallmarq MRI as well as an on-site laboratory, new purpose built medicine facility, isolation unit and much more. The Role: Our nurses have rotating roles within the hospital through surgery, medicine, in-patient, and out-patient care. The position entails a shared OOH rota of 1 in 8. New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply. Full in house training provided. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player interested in working in a busy practice with a great, supportive team of 8 nurses. We see a large number of racehorses, sport horses, ponies, mares, and foals throughout the year for surgical and non-surgical cases so you will enjoy a varied caseload.
