Seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with experience in small animal and equine work in a family-owned practice with a focus on learning and development.
We are a family-owned veterinary practice with a strong focus on providing a supportive and learning environment for our team members. As a Veterinary Surgeon with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of cases, including small animals and equine patients. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients and their owners, and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform surgical procedures, including soft tissue surgery
- Provide first opinion equine care to a variety of clients, including pony owners, sport horse breeders, and showjumping/eventing yards
- Work on a 1 in 4 on-call rota
- Participate in a profit share programme if looking to settle in Kerry long-term
- Use a van provided by the practice or receive an allowance for own car use
