We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President AML to join our Transfer Agency Anti-money Laundering team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland – HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  1. Lead a specialist AML team and encourage a positive working environment.
  2. Manage multiple clients, building good relationships and aligning with internal teams for good client outcomes.
  3. Implement changes to enhance performance.
  4. Hold training sessions on AML topics.
  5. Support the team adopting new technology and driving more efficient processes.
  6. Ensure procedures are updated in line with current regulation requirements.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  1. Knowledge of Transfer Agency operational processes.
  2. Knowledge of Ireland AML regulatory requirements.
  3. Understanding of Financial Markets.
  4. People Leadership experience.
  5. Experience in roll-out of new technology or tools.
  6. Good written and verbal skills.
