The OpportunityReporting directly to the CEO, our Global Marketing Leader will play a critical role shaping the future success of our global business.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and fine tune a cohesive Global marketing strategy with laser focus on maximizing the volume and impact of marketing sourced and influenced leads.
Manage and mentor a world class marketing team with specializations in Demand Generation, Sales Development, Product Marketing, Content Management, Field Marketing Events, Customer Engagement, PR, Brand Positioning, etc.
Work across the senior leadership and executive teams, utilizing your strategy, business, and marketing knowledge to advance both top-of-the-funnel and downstream marketing initiatives to maximize customer attraction and retention.
Create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products & features in partnership with Sales and Product Leadership.You will set clear objectives and goals, research and define target audiences, develop marketing and communication strategies, measure effectiveness and iterate as we look to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
Work in partnership with respective technology Cloud vendors (Google Cloud & AWS) on Global marketing strategy, maximizing all available marketing funding by navigating complex vendor programs.
Establish analytics processes for data collection and testing to identify trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance.Serve as a key evangelist and champion of Doi T's culture by promoting a culture of autonomy, growth, collaboration, accountability and team unity.
Qualifications
7+ years of Saa S marketing and Business Development leadership experience with a proven track record of using the full spectrum of marketing and BDR functions to maximize the volume and quality of marketing generated and influenced leads.
Proactive approach to collaborating with key leaders and stakeholders across the business, supplementing gaps in your knowledge with subject matter expertise and support when needed.
