About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected.

Your Role:
Lead a team that will help maintain Citco's competitive advantage in the industry, by leading projects to develop its tools.
SRT is a specialized project team within the Reconciliations function who perform analytics, identify efficiencies and mitigate risk.
Build and maintain productive relationships with the business, to manage communications with senior stakeholders and to direct the efforts of the SRT team to ensure the execution of agreed priorities.
Must have a strong understanding of the business (tactical and strategic objectives), the instruments traded, process and risk.
A high level of accountability is required coupled with the ability to provide creative solutions.
The primary focus at present is on the Reconciliation platforms (ART and LENS) and the use of Machine Learning, but will continually evolve and be re-evaluated to ensure that the best value is being delivered to the business.
Lead a team/s focused on the development of ART and LENS and Machine Learning.
Represent the SRT team to senior stakeholders in business and management, ensuring that ideas are collected, evaluated, prioritized and communicated.
Seek out and share quality information about the market for reconciliation products and other products that will help add value to our business.
Ensure that Managers and staff within your group are organized and have the tools and knowledge to be efficient and meet objectives.
Prioritize staff development and make the best use of our talent.
About You:
Bachelor or Master level degree.
8+ years in Financial Services with an exposure to Operations processing.
Extensive knowledge about reconciliation products and machine learning.
Product knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge.
Exposure to systems implementations and work flow process initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with senior levels.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience managing and developing staff.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Hedge or Mutual Funds.
Professional accounting designation (an asset).
