VP of Operations (m/f/d)Dublin (Onsite)Salary 135-145k with 20% bonusWe are partnering with a leading global provider of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions, with a presence in over 100 locations worldwide and more than 50 years of industry experience.We are on the lookout for a seasoned and dynamic Senior/Director level Operations Manager to lead and enhance their operations in Dublin across 2 sites. The successful candidate will oversee multiple operational units, ensuring the seamless delivery of internal and customer KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:Develop and implement strategic manufacturing plans aligned with overall business objectives.Drive best practices across all operational units to achieve campus-wide improvements.Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process optimization and system enhancements.Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met consistently.Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.Leadership and Team Development:Lead, coach, and mentor operational team leaders to achieve excellence in customer service and operational performance.Oversee hiring processes in line with business forecasts and needs.Assess and develop team members’ skills, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations.Develop and implement succession plans for key roles within the operational units.Set clear goals and objectives for individuals and teams, driving continuous improvement.Technical and Process Management:Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and quality standards.Own and manage relevant manufacturing tools and processes within operational units.Analyse production reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.At least eight years of relevant experience, with a minimum of five years in a manufacturing management role.Proven experience in managing complex, multi-customer, or large-scale operations.Ideally coming from Electronic, MedTech, Automotive, and Cloud/Server industries.Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in production planning, resource management, and financial analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
