We're looking for an accomplished leader to lead the Product Experience Design team and help us evolve and scale our design practice in the Europe region. Design is core to product development at Mastercard. This role requires understanding not just of UX but also the business aspects of the products we build. You'll collaborate with leaders of other CX, Engineering, Data Modeling, and Product Management teams to create innovative experiences across Mastercard's data products. The VP, Product Experience Design, will lead this team in the evolution of our product experiences, ensuring that users remain at the heart of all design decisions. Prior experience of leading a world-beating UX team, Bachelor's degree in Design for Interactive Media, or equivalent, and minimum 15 years of experience in UX Design + 7 years of experience in managing CX-led product development teams are must have requirements. Key activities include digital data product design, user advocacy & research, and driving improvements to the product development organization. The role also requires strong diplomatic bent, ability to lead with empathy, and appreciation and understanding of region-specific regulatory, business, and technology constraints.
