Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President for Regulatory Change to support our client, a leading financial services provider. This role will work closely with the Head of Regulatory Change throughout the important transition phase process and beyond, ensuring a smooth transition to meet enhanced prudential regulatory reporting requirements. The role involves designing and implementing reporting solutions and developing operational procedures for regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities: Support the regulatory application and architectural planning for the transition. Develop and implement robust reporting solutions to accommodate the expanded reporting requirements, including Statistical Reporting, FINREP, Pillar3 and AnaCredit Expand and adapt the current reporting framework for new products permissible under the Credit Institution license. Collaborate with the Regulatory Reporting team to develop operational procedures for transitioning from the build phase to the live environment after regulatory approval. Identify and report operational risk events as per policy guidelines. Essential Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in regulatory reporting within the banking sector. Strong technical understanding of banking products and their regulatory implications. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and effectively. Proven track record in creating regulatory reporting processes in controlled environments. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and presenting recommendations. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
