Job Title: Investor KYC / AML Officer

Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS) is a leading player in the global custodian market, employing over 4,000 staff in 28 locations. As part of the Fund Services Operations Division, the Fund Valuation Services (FVS) department is responsible for the accounting and valuation of collective investment schemes.

The Investor KYC / AML Officer will join the FVS department and be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, external auditors, and outsourced providers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the financial reporting process for a range of clients, including audit planning, management, and filing
  • Preparing and reviewing audited annual and interim financial statements in accordance with procedures, relevant accounting standards, and regulatory disclosure requirements
  • Ensuring timely and accurate results for each report within each relationship
  • Expanding and promoting the image of SGSS to all external contacts
  • Overseeing and reviewing the completion of central bank and regulatory filings
  • Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and regulatory reporting requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance or Economics, 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting and/or audit, and knowledge of Irish GAAP and IFRS. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability are essential. Proficiency in English is required, with any other language being an asset.
