Job Summary:


Responsible for managing financial reporting and audit processes for a range of clients, including UCITS, AIFs, and private equity structures.

About the Role:

  • Manage financial reporting process, including audit planning, management, and filing.
  • Prepare and review audited annual and interim financial statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate results for each report within each relationship.
  • Expand and promote the image of SGSS to external contacts.
  • Attend to Board Meetings of Investment Managers.
  • Oversee and review completion of central bank and regulatory filings.
  • Comply with service level agreements and regulatory reporting requirements.

Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS) is a leading player in servicing Irish domiciled and offshore collective investment vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a Master's degree in Finance or Economics.
  • 2-4 years' experience in financial reporting and/or audit.
  • Knowledge of Irish GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Fluent in English, with any other language an asset.

About the VIE Assignment:


This 18-month VIE assignment in Dublin will begin on January 1st, 2025, and is open to candidates under 28 from the member states of the European Economic Space.
