Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Investor KYC / AML Officer to join our Fund Valuation Services department in Ireland. Key responsibilities will include maintaining and developing relationships with clients, external auditors, and outsourced providers, as well as managing financial reporting processes and preparing audited financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance or Economics, 2-4 years of financial reporting and/or audit experience, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required, with any other language, especially French, being an asset. The contract will last 18 months, starting from January 1st, 2025, and provides opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, external auditors, and outsourced providers.
  • Manage financial reporting processes, including audit planning, management, and filing.
  • Prepare and review audited annual and interim financial statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate results for each report.
  • Expand and promote the company's image to external contacts.
  • Attends to Board Meetings of Investment Managers.
  • Oversee and review central bank and regulatory filings.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance or Economics from an Engineering School or University with a specialization in business or finance.
  • 2-4 years of financial reporting and/or audit experience with knowledge of Irish GAAP and IFRS.
  • Fluency in English, with any other language, especially French, being an asset.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

About the Contract:

  • Duration: 18 months.
  • Start date: January 1st, 2025.
  • Eligibility: Open to candidates under 28 from member states of the European Economic Space.
