Job Description

Join Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) in Dublin as an Investor KYC / AML Officer. responsibilities: maintain and develop relationships with clients, external auditors, and outsourced providers. manage financial reporting process for a range of clients. prepare and review audited financial statements. ensure timely and accurate results. expand and promote SGSS image to external contacts. attend Board Meetings of Investment Managers. oversee regulatory and tax filings. ensure compliance with service level agreements and regulatory reporting requirements. monitor financial statements preparation. train and coach staff. **Key responsibilities:**
* Maintain and develop relationships with clients, external auditors, and outsourced providers.
* Manage financial reporting process for a range of clients.
* Prepare and review audited financial statements.
* Ensure timely and accurate results.
* Expand and promote SGSS image to external contacts.
* Attend Board Meetings of Investment Managers.
* Oversee regulatory and tax filings.
* Ensure compliance with service level agreements and regulatory reporting requirements.
* Monitor financial statements preparation.
* Train and coach staff.

**Requirements:**
* Graduate with a Master's degree in Finance or Economics from an Engineering School or University with a specialization in business or finance.
* 2-4 years' experience of financial reporting and/or audit experience with knowledge of Irish GAAP, IFRS.
* Fluent in English. Any other language (especially French) would be an asset.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn essential.
* Aptitude for figures.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
* Experience of working with deadlines.
* Thorough understanding of accounting principles together with an awareness of all current technical issues.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office package. **VIE Details:**
* Duration: 24 months.
* Start date: January 1st 2025.
* Requirements: valid passport up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract.
* Eligibility: under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
