Job Summary:
We are seeking an Investor KYC / AML Officer to join our Fund Valuation Services department in Ireland.
Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, managing financial reporting, preparing audited financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop relationships with clients and external auditors
Manage financial reporting process for clients
Prepare and review audited financial statements
Ensure timely and accurate results for reports
Expand and promote the image of SGSS to external contacts
Attend Board Meetings of Investment Managers
Oversee and review regulatory and tax filings
Monitor progress of financial statements preparation
Requirements:
Graduate with a Master's degree in Finance or Economics
2-4 years' experience in financial reporting and/or audit
Knowledge of Irish GAAP, IFRS
Fluent in English
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
Aptitude for figures
Attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
Experience of working with deadlines
Thorough understanding of accounting principles
Microsoft Office package experience
VIE Details:
18-month contract starting January 1st, 2025
