Job Description

Maintain and develop relationships with clients, external auditors, outsourced providers, etc. Manage the financial reporting process (audit planning, management, filing) for a range of clients. Prepare and review audited annual and interim financial statements in accordance with procedures, accounting standards (e.g. Irish, IFRS, US) and regulatory disclosure requirements. Ensure timely and accurate results for each report. Expand and promote the image of Société Générale Securities Services to external contacts. Attend Board Meetings of Investment Managers. Oversee and review regulatory and tax filings. Perform other duties as required. Key Responsibilities:
