Job Summary:
Responsible for managing financial reporting and audit processes for a range of clients, including UCITS, AIFs, and private equity structures.
About the Role:
- Manage financial reporting process, including audit planning, management, and filing.
- Prepare and review audited annual and interim financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate results for each report within each relationship.
- Expand and promote the image of SGSS to external contacts.
- Attend to Board Meetings of Investment Managers.
- Oversee and review completion of central bank and regulatory filings.
- Comply with service level agreements and regulatory reporting requirements.

Requirements:
- Graduate with a Master's degree in Finance or Economics.
- 2-4 years' experience in financial reporting and/or audit.
- Knowledge of Irish GAAP, IFRS, and PAYE/PRSI/VAT reporting.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
About the VIE Assignment:
This 18-month VIE assignment will begin on January 1st, 2025, and will provide an opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
