Investor KYC / AML Officer
Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS) is a leading player in servicing Irish domiciled and offshore collective investment vehicles.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, external auditors, and outsourced providers.
- Manage the financial reporting process, including audit planning, management, and filing.
- Prepare and review audited annual and interim financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory disclosure requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate results for each report within each relationship.
- Expand and promote the image of SGSS to all external contacts.
Reporting to the Fund Processing Services (FPS) Head of Operations, the Investor KYC / AML Officer is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, external auditors, and outsourced providers.
The role involves managing the financial reporting process, including audit planning, management, and filing, as well as preparing and reviewing audited annual and interim financial statements.
The Investor KYC / AML Officer will also be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate results for each report within each relationship, expanding and promoting the image of SGSS to all external contacts.
The role requires strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of PAYE / PRSI / VAT reporting is an advantage, as is experience of working with deadlines and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.
The VIE assignment in a nutshell: This 18-month contract will begin on January 1st 2025, and will involve working as part of the Fund Valuation Services (SGSS/FSO/FVS) department.
As a VIE, you will be integrated into our teams and will learn every day alongside our experts, who will support you in your tasks.
