The Innovation Project office is responsible for leading innovation to the market. As a project leader, you will be responsible for defining the scope with stakeholders, determining product/service/process key features, and building a cross-functional team to deliver results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining project scope and key features with stakeholders
- Building a cross-functional team to deliver results
- Preparing project plans, including business plans, cost estimates, risk analysis, and quality plans
- Managing project teams and following up on project progress
- Anticipating risks and managing deviations from the plan
- Communicating project progress and risk levels to management and governance committees
- Launching products on time and capitalizing on project experience
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Analytical experience in innovation management and Green or Black Belt in Six Sigma methodology
- Project management toolbox management
- Able to build strong work relationships, decision maker, drive for results
