Visual Communications Coordinator and Stylist – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

The Visual Communications Coordinator and Stylist will work with the Brand team and global Buying functions on the development and delivery of inspiring and commercial communication, which is supportive of the Marketing Calendar, Buying strategy and to the agreed critical path across all trading geographies.

What You'll Do:

In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Aligned to specific Buying teams to create all written content, in-store guidance, mannequin and equipment styling, new trials and initiatives.
  • To ensure content is informative, commercial and inspiring. Content must elevate our brand message to our customer, ensuring the customer mind set is at the forefront of everything.
  • Manage the intake and flow of product samples and product information supplied from the global Buying teams.
  • Work collaboratively with Buying functions and PBPs on accuracy of content and ensure it is store friendly and aligns with all campaign launches.
  • Manage and maintain props, equipment and mannequins for styling use.
  • Establish key working relationships with key regional VM teams & training stores to look at ways of improving guideline communication.
  • Supporting local content and initiatives as well as macro messaging, ensuring that regional specific content is developed where required.

What You'll Bring

  • Experienced Visual Merchandiser, ideally from a high-street environment, with minimum 3 years' experience in a VM, Creative or Styling role.
  • Good knowledge of how VM guidelines are utilised on the sales floor and an understanding of how VM content should be structured to deliver clear communication.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook - will be computer literate and be able to schedule and organise workload.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite is beneficial.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and team orientated skills.
