Visual Merchandising Manager role in Cork region store, 39 hour contract, Monday to Friday shifts, delivering high standards of store presentation and customer service.

The Visual Merchandising Manager ensures the store is presented to the highest standards, in compliance with corporate guidelines. This role involves:
- Maintaining displays to the highest standards, making effective use of equipment and ensuring correct POS is used in departments.
- Ensuring departments comply with layouts and adjacencies, adhering to merchandising standards and visual display guidelines.
- Interpreting and implementing Head Office guidelines on promotions and photography in stores.
- Working with the store management team on key lines and space management guidelines.
- Delivering Dunnes Stores principles of operations and customer service.
- Liaising with commercial management on layouts and merchandising presentation.
- Maintaining awareness of fashion trends and new handling and merchandising techniques.
- Setting and implementing departmental brand standards.
- Leading and training the team on merchandising and display standards.
- Ensuring best practice in driving IStore and Online sales.
- Liaising with the Store Manager and Head of Visual Display on equipment and P.O.S. issues.
