Michael Moore Car Sales is seeking a skilled Volkswagen Sales Executive to join its Athlone team, with a proven track record in sales and a strong product knowledge of the Volkswagen brand.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with at least one year of sales experience, preferably in the motor retail sector, to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Meeting and exceeding new and used sales targets
- Achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling new and pre-owned Volkswagen cars and promoting finance, insurance, and auxiliary products
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Building a strong rapport with customers and proactively seeking new opportunities for the dealership
- Developing a robust product knowledge of the Volkswagen brand
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous sales experience in the motor industry
- Proactive and target-oriented approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail
- Good administration and IT skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Smart, professional appearance
- A full, valid, and current driving license
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: 1 year (preferable motor)
Licence/Certification: EU work permit (required)
Schedule: Every weekend, Monday to Friday
Education: Leaving Certificate (preferred)
