VP Finance FP&A - full time

What you'll need to have:

A MBA with at least three years of relevant professional experience with a highly recognized audit or leading strategy consultancy. You should be a self-starter and proactive problem solver with extensive experience working in cross functional teams, with proven advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Excel black belt) and good presentation skills. You should be capable of steering the Group FP&A activities and managing complex business models. The ideal candidate would be a former telco or consumer tech subscription business executive with strong FP&A skills, fluent in English. M&A/PE experience in the SaaS and consumer tech sector is a plus.

What you'll be up to:

  • Provides data, business case modeling and decision analysis support for M&A activities.
  • Ownership of consolidated Group strategic financial plan, ensuring clear variance explanations, sensitivity analysis and effective identification of O&Rs (opportunities and risks). Ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process, inclusive of continuous process improvement and tracking actuals against forecast targets throughout the year.
  • Working closely with operations, marketing, sales, product, legal and other functions, assisting them with decision support.
  • Provides data and decision analysis support for initiatives with financial impact including revenue growth, gross margin improvement, R&D programs, operating cost savings / productivity improvements, staffing plans, working capital improvement, and capital expenditures.
  • Willingness to be hands on and to take a detail-oriented approach to work.
