Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a leader in Aircraft Leasing on a Director of F,P&A for their team in Dublin.Reporting to the Head of Finance this a diverse role which will cover FP&A, Pricing, Commercial Analysis and Market Analysis for group.Responsibilities:Understand, capture, model and report on business performanceBuild the corporate model which forecasts the company financial growth (5 year Plan)Consult with the CEO and Heads of Department to determine financial expectations for the following financial yearPrepare the annual budget for review and approval by the company board and shareholdersUpdate the budget with actuals and adjusted forecast to end of the year taking account of changes in aircraft acquisitions, disposals, leases and debt terms.Prepare a budget v actual variance analysis each quarter and present to the management team the performance of the business and areas for improvementInput to the board packs and shareholder reports on the quarterly and annual performance / forecast performanceLiaise with existing financiers to ensure compliance with quarterly covenants and prepare necessary data for additional financing requirements.Working with the Finance Team, update cashflow forecasts on a weekly basis and present to the CEO / CFO each week.Identify and drive opportunities for balance sheet and portfolio managementIdentify and drive opportunities for cost reduction / profit enhancementOther ad-hoc tasks and projects as requiredRequirements:5 + years experience in FP&A, pricing analysis within an aircraft leasing firmThird level qualification in finance, mathematics, engineering, science.Expert ExcelACA or CFA Qualified #J-18808-Ljbffr
