Job Description
Join our client's expanding legal team in Dublin as VP Legal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiation and Project Management: Spearhead negotiation, project management, and execution of diverse contracts, including leasing, trading, restructuring, OEM procurement, and capital markets.
- Global Exposure: Engage with commercial aircraft manufacturers, law firms, and a global customer base comprising airlines and investors.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with executive and management teams, fostering relationships across the business and with customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial negotiations and transactions within the aviation or related industries.
- Strong project management skills and ability to navigate complex contracts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the commercial aircraft market, leasing, trading, and capital markets is advantageous.
