Seeking experienced VP Legal to spearhead negotiations and project management for diverse contracts with global exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage diverse contracts, including leasing, trading, restructuring, OEM procurement, and capital markets.
- Engage with commercial aircraft manufacturers, law firms, and a global customer base comprising airlines and investors.
- Collaborate with executive and management teams internally and externally, fostering relationships across the business and with customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial negotiations and transactions within the aviation or related industries.
- Strong project management skills and ability to navigate complex contracts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the commercial aircraft market, leasing, trading, and capital markets is highly advantageous.
