Summary: A VP Legal is sought to spearhead negotiation, project management, and execution of diverse contracts, engaging with top commercial aircraft manufacturers, law firms, and airlines.
Our client's expanding legal team in Dublin requires a seasoned professional with expertise in commercial negotiations, project management, and complex contracts. Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiation and Project Management: Spearhead the negotiation, project management, and execution of diverse contracts, including leasing, trading, restructuring, OEM procurement, and capital markets.
- Global Exposure: Engage with the world's largest and most innovative commercial aircraft manufacturers, prestigious law firms, and a global customer base comprising airlines and investors.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with executive and management teams internally and externally, fostering relationships across the business and with esteemed customers.
Qualifications include:
- Proven experience: In commercial negotiations and transactions within the aviation or related industries.
- Strong project management skills: Ability to navigate complex contracts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: To engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
