Seeking experienced VP of Account Management to lead customer relationships, drive engagement, and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Minimum 10+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role. Proven track record of managing and growing large-scale customer accounts and improving customer retention and satisfaction. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to build strategic customer relationships and drive client success and growth. Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools. Passionate, dedicated, and with a desire for continuous improvement.
