Job Description
VP of Product to lead product management for Time Arc division. Develop product vision, strategy, and execution. Drive product innovation and operational excellence. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders. Identify opportunities, define priorities, and lead product lifecycle from ideation to release. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, hands-on product management, cross-functional collaboration, operational execution, data-driven decision making, team development, and stakeholder management. Qualifications include 10+ years of product management experience, 5+ years of leadership experience, strong technical acumen, and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligning with the company’s objectives and market opportunities.
- Engage directly in product discovery, market research, and competitor analysis to define and prioritize product features and initiatives.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring products to market successfully and ensure a high level of product quality and user satisfaction.
- Drive product initiatives from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery and execution against defined goals.
- Leverage data and user feedback to continuously refine product strategy and optimize the product roadmap.
- Use insights to identify gaps and make evidence-based decisions.
