Lead Product Vision for Star Trek Fleet Command
Scopely is seeking a VP of Product to join the Star Trek Fleet Command team in Dublin or Barcelona. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for crafting a dynamic vision for the game, driving business results, and delivering features that optimize the user experience.
- Develop a long-term vision for the game and set strategies to achieve it
- Lead a team of cross-functional experts to deliver features, content, and improvements
- Ensure designs meet business goals and align with market trends
- Drive retention of players through delivery of rich, deep experiences
- Manage collaboration with leaders across Scopely and Star Trek Fleet Command
As a leader, you will be responsible for shaping the future of the game team and the franchise. You will work closely with the leadership team to hit aggressive targets and optimize the lifetime value of the player base.

- Extensive experience leading a team of Product Managers or Game Designers in social or mobile F2P games
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deploy resources against highest impact initiatives
- Ability to create and design experiences that shape positive player behaviors
- Intermediate business statistics knowledge
