About The Job: As the Warehouse & Facility Manager, you will play a vital role in our client's Warehouse & Logistics team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that customer and business needs are met. Your primary focus will be on optimising supply chain strategies, maintaining high-quality standards, and implementing efficient warehouse processes. As a key member of the management team, you will work closely with various departments to support operations projects and initiatives. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse operations team, ensuring targets are met Develop and implement performance measures and reporting structures Foster a positive and safe working environment Streamline order fulfilment processes and optimise stock control Manage facility maintenance, including equipment database and keyholder policy Implement quality control measures and address quality issues Coordinate with transportation providers for inbound and outbound shipments Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements Monitor and control operational costs Utilise warehouse management systems for efficient operations Collaborate on key projects across the organisation Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role Previous warehouse management experience is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP (highly beneficial) Strong organisational and self-management skills Excellent people management and leadership skills Good communication and time management skills If you are a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for optimising warehouse operations and leading a team, we would love to hear from you.
