Warehouse Operative role at Lidl: Assist in creating a fantastic customer journey by ensuring efficient warehouse operations and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Checking of incoming returns from stores
- Working two different shifts: Day shift (6am-3pm) and Night Shift (6pm-3am)
- Maintaining a clear and safe distribution centre
- Emptying waste disposal sites throughout the warehouse
- Sorting and processing recyclables and auxiliary materials
- Maintaining health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Comfortable with Manual Handling Equipment, such as an order picker forklift
- A flexible and can-do attitude
- Preferably, experience within a warehouse environment
- A good team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Salary progression:
- Year 1: Basic Rate €14.80, €18.50 (Unsocial Hours), €22.20 (Overtime/Sundays), €29.60 (Bank Holiday)
- Year 2: Basic Rate €15.35, €19.19 (Unsocial Hours), €23.03 (Overtime/Sundays), €30.70 (Bank Holiday)
- Year 3: Basic Rate €15.90, €19.88 (Unsocial Hours), €23.85 (Overtime/Sundays), €31.80 (Bank Holiday)
- Year 4: Basic Rate €16.90, €21.13 (Unsocial Hours), €25.35 (Overtime/Sundays), €33.80 (Bank Holiday)
