Job Title: Warehouse Operative.
Operating Shifts: 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to: Warehouse Team Lead.
Location: M1 Business Park, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.

Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to support the careful handling and movement of goods in a safe, secure, and accurate manner while observing good driving practice and conforming to defined processes, procedures, and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of yourself and others in the work environment by adhering to safe working practices.
- Mitigate risks before commencing tasks by removing loose debris and rubbish.
- Precheck vehicles before shifts and communicate any defects as directed.
- Conform to H&S training for physical movement of items.
- Complete risk assessments for each load before loading/offloading.
- Support colleagues in the completion of all duties.
- Report on load deviations including damages, shortages, and overages.
- Complete work activities including order selection, packing, loading, unloading, scanning, and paperwork efficiently and safely.
- Report any persons not conforming to H&S requirements.
- Complete and adhere to all training as directed.
- Follow all Policies and Procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Person Specification:
Essential Criteria:
- Experience driving forklifts and operating within a busy warehouse.
- Excellent references.
- Fluency in English.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Customer service focused.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
Desirable Criteria:
- Current Forklift licence for Counterbalance and/or Narrow Aisle Master (Bendi) Truck.
- GDP trained.
- HaaCP trained.
- Minimum 2 years' experience driving forklifts.
