Job Description
Job Summary: As a Warehouse Supervisor at Edwards Lifesciences, you will oversee daily operations, supervise employees, and drive continuous improvement to transform patients' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees and warehouse activities, including equipment use and maintenance.
- Oversee material requisitions, delivery of team performance metrics, and productivity measures.
- Provide data analytics, resolve complex issues, and offer feedback on performance.
- Participate in improvement projects, review procedures, and recommend changes.
- Ensure equipment maintenance, employee training, and adherence to EH&S policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in warehouse operations.
- 1-4 years of related experience, including full responsibility for personnel and employee relations.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience, Enterprise Resource Planning system knowledge, and basic understanding of warehouse policies.
- Ability to supervise, analyze, and improve processes, as well as lead teams and provide coaching.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the medical device industry, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lead teams, and represent the organization to outside contacts.
