Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and involves supervising a team of warehouse staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Hours are 8.30 to 5pm.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE Supervise and lead a team of 3 warehouse ops.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Ensure accurate inventory management and record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions for efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Forklift licence Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems Good communication and interpersonal skills.
