My client is hiring a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator for there plant in Shankill, Co. Dublin Your responsibilities as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator will include: Running the wastewater treatment plant and ensuring that its operation is efficient. Following processes and operating machinery. Monitoring processes and completing record sheets. Taking and analysing samples taken from the plant. General housekeeping activities such as cleaning and keeping the plant in good order. Ensuring compliance of the operations with regulatory bodies. Other general duties in both inside and outside environments. Required profile: Open to work in outdoor environment. Good written and spoken English. Great communication skills. Computer literacy and ability to use spreadsheets and other basic computer programmes is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively on your own or in a team environment. Have a willingness to learn and be challenged in the water and wastewater industry.
