Waterproofing Specification Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our waterproofing specification strategy and develop industry-leading solutions in the Irish construction industry.

The Role

  • Based anywhere in Ireland, you will travel nationwide on a regular basis to work closely with our Technical, Sales, and Procurement Managers.
  • You will be responsible for generating full waterproofing specification solutions in line with our clients' needs.
  • You will lead major projects with confidence and unyielding commitment, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and take ownership of the company's waterproofing specification strategy and develop goals and KPIs for this vital area of our business.
  • Work closely with our Management Team to develop and implement a waterproofing specification strategy with a strong focus on new build and refurbishment schemes.
  • Generate industry-leading waterproofing specifications in line with the company's waterproofing specification strategy.
  • Develop highly-effective working relationships with leading architectural and consulting engineering practices.
  • Develop and deliver CPD presentations to architects and engineers nationwide and handle related technical queries.

Requirements

  • Strong growth mindset
  • Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Superb communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with design teams to generate specifications
  • Proficient in Auto Cad, Revit, and MS Office (Excel in particular)
  • Fast learner with general systems
