Description FK International has exclusively partnered with Argeau, a well-established independent Wealth Advisory firm advising many of Irelands wealthiest individuals and families. Argeau is now embarking on a growth strategy which will see them become one of Irelands leading wealth management firms for high-net-worth clients. In addition to an attractive remuneration package, the opportunity exists to share in the long-term growth of the business through equity ownership. Key responsibilities will include: Developing strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique financial goals to provide personalised financial planning and investment advice. Conducting financial assessments for clients, including risk analysis, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with high-net-worth clients, demonstrating a strong ability to manage relationships, achieve revenue targets and build the client base by making new connections and leveraging existing networks. Providing expert advice on a range of investment products and services, ensuring optimal portfolio performance. Monitoring investment portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with clients' objectives and market conditions. Requirements for this Role We are looking to recruit ambitious, dynamic professionals who believe in transparency and building long term client relationships through working hard and communicating clearly with our clients. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification. 5+ years experience in providing financial advice to high-net-worth individuals. Proven track record of successful sales and business development with an extensive network in the wealth management industry. In-depth knowledge of financial planning, investment products and wealth management strategies.
