Job Description

Job Summary: Seeking experienced NET architect to lead Sitecore solution design and implementation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality projects using Sitecore platform.

  • Collaborate with multiple development teams, business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to analyze requirements and translate them into robust Sitecore solutions.
  • Design architecture and technical solutions that align with business goals, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Drive decisions on technology selection, integrations, and overall system design.
  • Learn and develop after relevant training and experience to have a deep understanding of the Sitecore platform, its features, capabilities, and integration points.
  • Stay updated with the latest Sitecore developments and updates to provide informed recommendations.

Responsibilities:
  • Define the overall system architecture, including integrations with third-party systems, databases, APIs, and external services.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability among different components.
  • Architect solutions that are scalable and optimized for high performance.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks and performance issues and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to architectural guidelines, and compliance with best practices.
  • Promote continuous improvement and mentor team members on coding standards and architectural principles.
  • Analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to address them.
  • Troubleshoot issues, propose workarounds, and resolve roadblocks in collaboration with development teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and design documents that effectively communicate the solution design, rationale, and implementation details.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a NET Architect or a similar role with at least 6-8 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of React, Next.js, Graph QL is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience preferred on content indexing strategies, marketing automation and third-party integrations.
  • Experience in Azure Dev Ops (CI/CD pipeline and ARM Template).
  • In-depth knowledge of web development technologies, NET framework, C#, MVC architecture, HTML, CSS, Java Script, and related tools.
  • Experience with cloud services and deployment, preferably Azure and Vercel.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing complex Multi-brand, multi-site and multi-lingual solutions with globally shared centralized component inventory.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
