Job Purpose Our client is seeking to recruit a skilledWeb Developer & SEO Specialistto join their dynamic marketing team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to their growing business while expanding their B2B marketing skills. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Digital Growth and collaborate with content and data experts to enhance SEO performance. This full-time, office-based position Key Responsibilities Lead technical SEO initiatives, includingsite audits,schema markup,core web vitals, andwebsite performanceimprovements. Enhanceuser experience (UX)across our main websites. Collaborate with theSEO Content SpecialistandCopywriterto optimise client websites in line with content strategies. Work closely with theWeb and Analytics Specialistto analyse data and refine SEO tactics. Assist withnew business developmentby upselling technical strategies to existing clients. Advise and train internal teams on SEO best practices. Conductwebsite auditsand support on-page SEO efforts with the wider team. Performkeyword researchand monitor website user engagement. Stay updated on the latestSEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates. Communicate effectively with the UK-based web development team regarding technical issues. Essential Criteria Degreein Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of Web Developmentexperience. 8+ years of experiencein a dedicated SEO-focused role. 8+ years of codingexperience, with proficiency inHTML,CSS, andJavaScript. Familiarity with tools such asGoogle Search Console,Google Analytics 4,Google Tag Manager,Screaming Frog, andAhrefs. Experience withCMS platformslikeWordPress,Joomla,Drupal, andMagento. Expertise inSEO best practicesand a track record of improving website performance. Stronganalytical and problem-solvingskills. Excellentverbal and written communicationskills. A self-starter who can work both independently and within a team.
